10 thrusters(20 or 25 lb DB) / 10 touch jumps
(alternate thrusters & touch jumps w/ each minute)
With this workout you will do 20 sets totalling 200 reps of sit-ups, 100 reps of thrusters, and 100 reps of touch jumps
