The name TENacity came about for two reasons. One, the dictionary description fits our fitness group. Secondly, there are TEN skill sets in CrossFit which we all are achieving to be efficient in. They are Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Stamina, and Strength.
TENacity CrossFit offers group instruction and one-on-one personal training. The backgrounds and fitness needs of our members are diverse but we are committed to the advancement of each individual. Some of our members are training to improve their health and well being, while others are training to run a marathon or more. We focus on core strength and conditioning, using functional movements, while scaling the load and intensity for individual ability.
