CrossFit is, quite simply, a sport—the "sport of fitness." It is a program that concentrates on ten areas of fitness; Cardiovascular endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Workouts vary with each class, but expect exercises such as pushups, sit-ups, box jumps, jump rope, kettle swings, and air squats. These exercises and more will be combined in an always changing format such that no two classes will be the same.
