15 GH situps (all the way back, hands touching floor)
10 one-legged standups (5 on each leg, touching butt to 12"box)
Proficiencies worked on:
Caroline jumped on 24" box for first time & did GH situps all the way back
Aubrey jumped on 18" box for first time & did GH situps all the way back
Marcy jumped on 12" box & did GH situps all the way back
Tiffany jumped on 18" box and did GH situps all the way back
