3 Rounds (Down and Back in Parking Lot):

20 Squats
Lunges- Down
Broad Jumps- Back
Bear Crawls- Down
Backwards Run- Back
Forward Sprint- Down
10 Burpees
Walk Back

Distance was about 35 yards each direction
