OH walk - at the end of the block(down & back) - carrying a 25 lb plate or DB overhead
OH run - same as above
Broad jumps - from corner to beginning of Marcy's driveway
Push up crawl - back to corner (pushup, jump feet to hands-like in a burpee, walk hands forward back to pushup position)
OH lunges - from corner to Marcy's driveway w/ 25 lb. plate or DB overhead
Backward run around the block
