AMRAP - 20 min:

25 Jumping pullups
20 GH situps
15 Deadlifts (using 35 lb DB's or 40 lb DB's)
10 Thrusters (using 15 lb DB's or 20 lb DB's)

5 rounds were completed in 20 minutes

Then we ate some yummy brownies to celebrate Aubrey's birthday - compliments of Kelli! LOL! What a great group of gals/friends to workout with and celebrate 32 yrs!
