While 1 person runs 1 lap, the others do 1 of the following exercises, not stopping until the person running gets back. At the end, the exercises that weren't completed by the person who was running gets completed so then no exercise is missed by anyone.

GH situps A-63 / K-98 / C-70(did reg. situps)
Jump Rope C-162 / K-didn't count :) / A-400
Pushups C-56 / K-64 / A-100
Lunges C-85 / K-98 / A-97 (completed together)

At the end we(Caroline, Kelli, Aubrey) ran 2 more laps
