20 knees to elbows (situps)
30 kettle swings
20 hang squat cleans
25 back extensions
30 wall ball shots
3 rope climb ascents (attempts)

Aubrey - 18:35 (scaled pull-ups, DU, ring dips)
Kelly - 19:24 (scaled pull-ups, DU, ring dips, rope climb)
Caroline - 19:48 (scaled pull-ups, tire jumps, DU, ring dips, knees to elbows, rope climb)
