55 lb hang squat clean
Double unders
95 lb deadlift
18" tire jump
begin each round w/ a bear crawl length of the gym (approx 25 yds)

Weights used:
KK - 55 lb hang squat clean, 95 lb deadlift
KG - 55 lb hang squat clean, 95 lb deadlift
C - 45 lb hang squat clean, 95 lb deadlift, single unders x5 for each round
A - 55 lb hang squat clean, 95 lb deadlift, DU for 21, 9, 6, 3 - single unders x5 for 18, 15, 12
