Wow...now that's a heck of a burpee! :) Alright Bakers...when y'all installing the rings? :)
They are installed, haven't you seen them hanging from the pull-up bar? What they were doing at the end of the video is a burpee muscle-up. Let's get on that one! :)
Yeah, I did a few of those today on my own since the Workout was cancelled... Piece of Cake! haha
What weight did you girls use for the deadlifts? Can you add that up top please? Thanks!
