Your abs are really pumped up! Those last few sit-ups before the pic really paid off. haha This was a killer Workout... Lots of arms but I need it bad!

Just wanted you all to know that we ARE going to be doing this one again when you're all in attendance. Mine and Aubrey's entire bodies are sore!
