While 1 person runs 1 lap, the others do 1 of the following exercises for a minimum of 50 reps, but not stopping until the person running gets back. At the end, the exercises that weren't completed by the person who was running gets completed then so that no exercise is missed by anyone.

Touch Jumps C-70 / K-80 / A-89
Plank 2:50 minute hold
Deadlifts C-80 / K-76 / A-85
Air Squats C-85 / K-81 / A-103
Kettle Swings C-75 / K-78 / A-86
Hang Cleans w/ 45 lb bar C-50 / K-53 / A-57

Weights used:
Deadlifts: Caroline-50 lbs / Kelli-40 lbs / Aubrey-60 lbs
Kettle Swings: All used 25 lbs
Hang Cleans: All used 45 lb bar
